1. Chew your food properly. By chewing your food better, you can help make the digestion of food easier. Undigested food can result in an increase in Candida Albicans or yeast infection.
2. Eat foods that help control Candida. There are certain foods that contain bacteria that help control this infection that include kefir, unsweetened yogurt, sauerkraut, and apple cider vinegar.
