Acai Elite claims to detoxify the body, reduce fatigue, and flush away excess pounds. Acai Elite will renew your energy, decrease bloating, get rid of that abdominal bulge, and regulate your bowel habits. They list endorsements from various journalists and celebrities, but it is important to note that they endorsements are for Acai berries, not Acai Elite.

Unfortunately the ingredients are not listed for Acai Elite. There are also no dosage instructions for this product. This should leave the consumer more than a little concerned. Ironically, even though the manufacturers do not find it necessary to include the ingredients for consumers to see, they state on their website:

"Warning: Don't be fooled by 'Acai Berry' Frauds! By LAW, ingredients must be listed in order of quantity (ingredients with highest amounts come first). Some expensive 'acai cleanses' have acai listed LAST on the label."

I guess their way around that was to just not list them at all!

Positives

The Acai Elite company does offer a risk-free trial, but it only lasts 14 days from the day ordered. This does not leave the customer much time to try the product. Even though the ingredients are not known, it is assumed by the name that the extract from Acai berries are included in some form. They are a powerful antioxidant with many health benefits.

Negatives

There are only two customer testimonials listed on the Acai Elite website. There is very little information about the product. Anytime the ingredients are not listed the customer should beware. There could be harmful ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some users. The product is also rather expensive ($87.31 for one month's supply) considering that you only get a very short trial period to return free of charge.

There have been no clinical trials done with Acai Elite to examine effectiveness and there have also been some complaints lodged against them by consumers. This could be due to the fact that when you place you order you are automatically enrolled in an auto-shipping program that bills you every month for your supply. The company can make this very difficult to cancel.

Bottom Line

There really seems to be nothing that sets Acai Elite apart from other Acai cleansing products. Without an ingredient list available, it's hard to even tell if it can actually live up to its claims. With so many Acai products on the market today, perhaps one that is a little more upfront with their customers would be better for you.
