The health product company called Garden of Life manufactures this organic cleansing system, called Perfect Cleanse. They promise a completely organic, holistic approach to colon cleansing. The website does feature a lot of helpful information, but there are no customer testimonials or FAQ’s. You cannot purchase their products on their website, but they do have links to various retailers where you can obtain their products.

How Does Perfect Cleanse Work?

Perfect Cleanse is a 3-step program that lasts 10 days. Step one (Purify) purifies and cleanses the internal organs, especially the liver. This step eliminates toxins from the system and minimizes the accumulation of more toxins. This step requires taking 3 capsules a half hour before dinner.

Step two (Capture) captures the toxins to eliminate them from the digestive system. Perfect Cleanse is formulated to find non-functional metals and pollutants in the body. This step comes in powder form and should be mixed with water and taken after dinner.

Step three (Remove) is responsible for eliminating the trapped toxins. Three capsules taken at night work as natural gentle laxatives.

Perfect Cleanse Ingredients

• The Purifying Blend (Step 1) uses the following ingredients: Milk Thistle, Cilantro, Yarrow flower, Garlic, Dandelion, Broccoli, Potenzyme, and Cracked-wall Chlorella.
• The Capture powder (Step 2) includes Fiber, Iron, and Protein plus a blend of Flax Seed, Pea Hull Fiber, Alfalfa, Barley Leaf, and Chia.
• The Removal capsules (Step 3) contain Epsom Salts, Bishop’s Weed, Peppermint, Ginger, Aloe, and Fennel.
  

Negatives

• Perfect Cleanse is only good for 10 days, but since you will be making frequent trips to the bathroom, that could be a good thing. Since the laxative capsules are taken at night, most of your bathroom trips will interrupt your sleep.
• The notion behind using three cleansing products may seem like a novel idea, but in all actuality, it is probably just a gimmick to set Perfect Cleanse apart from other similar colon cleansers.
• A few other negative aspects of this product are the taste of the powder (horrible!), the number of pills you have to take daily (6), and you are expected to add olive oil, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, and coconut oil to your diet for the cleanse to be effective. That is a lot of oil to take in one day and they don’t taste great either!

Perfect Cleanse, although considered to be very gentle on the system, has a lot of unpleasantness that you have to endure for 10 days. The frequent nightly bathroom visits are also a serious inconvenience that could affect your daily life since you won’t be getting adequate sleep. In addition, we believe there are other colon cleansers that produce better results without the unwanted side effects that come with Perfect Cleanse.
