None of these are particularly effective in terms of losing weight.

The Puranol customer service department is very accessible and the website is very informative and easy to understand. At $30, Puranol is a little more affordable than some other cleansers.

Negatives

The system of taking the Puranol colon cleanse is rather complicated and could be frustrating for some users. Also, the company recommends that you use four different products, but only includes two of them in the starter kit. This is not cost-effective to the consumer. It is a little disconcerting that no ingredients are listed for the Pre-diet Flush. Consumers should always be aware of what they are putting in their bodies should allergic reactions occur.

Colon cleansers in general are designed to clean your colon, NOT help you lose weight. You may lose a 3-5 pounds in the process, but most individuals looking to lose weight want more than just a few pounds gone! You should look for a product that is designed to cleanse your internal organs, but also replace those harmful toxins with helpful nutrients. Puranol might not be the best product to help you do that.
