Foods That Cleanse Your Colon
The foods you eat are very important in your colon cleansing diet. In this article, we will examine some food options that you should be eating on a regular basis to improve your colon's health. These types of food should be easy to digest and help clean out your intestinal tract naturally.
Even though eating the right foods are helpful for colon cleansing, they don't do the complete job. For the best results, I recommend using Bowtrol colon cleanser. I have personally tried many different types of cleanses, and nothing even compares to the results I achieved with Bowtrol.
Two important ingredients that help maintain your colon health include Calcium and Magnesium. Calcium helps flex your internal muscles and Magnesium works for relaxing your muscles. The combination of these two nutrients help your body to establish regularity in your bowel movements.
Foods that are high in calcium include:
- Spinach
- Broccoli
- Almond
- Kale
- Beet Greens
- Sunflower Seeds
- Sesame Seeds
- Watercress
The following items are high in Magnesium:
- Spinach
- Parsley
- Coconut
- Walnuts
- Corn
- Sunflower Seeds
The following foods should be eaten regularly during your colon cleansing diet. These items are generally high in fiber and they help release constipation, improve digestive system health, and promote regular bowel movements.
Fresh Fruits
Fruits are very easy to digest and are high in fiber. These are nature's organic colon cleansers. It's suggested that you consume your fruit in the morning for best results. Pears and apples are some of the best foods to eat during a colon cleanse.
Raw Egg Yolks
I know you're probably thinking that raw eggs are disgusting. However, they are probably the most nutritious food on the planet for colon cleansing. It contains all the essential vitamins and minerals needed for cleansing. Eating one yolk a day is equivalent to taking a multi-vitamin. If you absolutely can't stand the taste, try using it as a sald dressing or try mixing it in a glass of RiceDream milk.
Yeast Flakes
Yeast flakes are probably the second most nutritious food to eat during a colon cleanse diet behind raw egg yolks. It is rich in B-Vitamins and minerals. If you can't stand eating raw egg yolks, then a highly recommend trying Yeast Flakes. However, stay away from Yeast Flakes if you're trying to do a Candida Cleanse or have a yeast infection.
Fresh Vegetables
Vegetables are foods that are also high in fiber and are great for colon cleansing. Vegetables cause your body to produce extra enzymes for digestion purposes. These enyzmes will help eliminate toxic build up that is clogging your internal organs. Vegetables are also great for promoting regular bowel movements.
Vitamin C
Try to consume a good amount of Vitamin-C in your diet. Vitamin-C helps with collagen formation and helps in connective tissue repair. It also reduces possible inflammation within our colon.
Even though all the foods listed above help to cleanse your colon naturally, it doesn't do as thorough as a job as a colon cleanser. For the best results, I recommend eating these foods along with a colon cleanser such as Bowtrol. I've used many different types of cleanses, and nothing compares to the results I achieved with Bowtrol.
These foods will help cleanse your colon, but it doesn't do a complete job. That's why we recommend using a cleanser at first, and then continue colon cleansing by eating these foods at home.
